Responsibilities
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
- Drive and develop new business opportunities
- Drive market profiling to understand and identify market opportunities
- Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Maximizing new business development opportunities on external market
- Taking responsibilities for profit and loss
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth
- Develop and maintain strong existing customer relation and loyalty
- Respond to customer enquiries / complaints
- Lead in engagements and strategic customer interface with key Corporate Customers
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant field with at least 7 years BD exposure in similar 3PL role
- At least 10 years of total experience in sales/business development field
- Experience in large scale business development/sales in contract logistics
- Business development experience (proposal design , costing, commercial awareness)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proven BD/Sales record in logistics industry
