Role Overview

We are looking for a senior - level candidate responsible for leading the company's sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales initiatives. This role plays a key role in setting sales goals, managing client relationships, and ensuring the company meets its financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Bangalore presence: Setup our Bangalore branch office and get some marquee brands as customers.
• Revenue Accountability: Bring in revenues from customers who'd GenY would like to work with and help us push the envelope in digital advertising & performance marketing.
• Growth Strategy: Chart out & execute a growth strategy which leads to the goal: 10x growth in 5 yrs. Implement robust sales processes, including pipeline management and account planning. Build close relationships with key customers. Expand sales channels and partner networks. Develop and monitor revenue forecasts in collaboration with finance.
• Governance: Establish metrics & governance to achieve growth for the company.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of working experience with CMOs. Do you know how to engage a CMO of a Fortune500 brand
