Job Summary

Lead B2B business insights and performance analysis to drive data-driven decision-making and business growth. Deliver actionable insights across revenue, customer performance, churn, sales productivity, and commercial KPIs, while identifying risks, trends, and growth opportunities. Translate data into clear management recommendations, proactively flag performance issues, and drive timely interventions to improve commercial execution and accountability.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Lead business performance analysis across products, segments, channels, and sales teams to identify trends, business drivers, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor key commercial KPIs including revenue, churn, renewal, ARPU, pipeline, and sales productivity, while developing early warning indicators and performance diagnostics.
• Translate complex data into actionable management insights, executive storylines, and strategic recommendations to drive business decisions and recovery initiatives.
• Drive performance governance and action tracking by monitoring recovery plans, escalating business risks, and ensuring accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide strategic and ad-hoc commercial analysis to support management decision-making, business planning, and cross-functional initiatives related to performance and growth.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline, with 8–10 years of experience in analytics, business insights, reporting, or commercial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business drivers, performance gaps, commercial risks, and early warning indicators.
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs including revenue, churn, renewal, ARPU, pipeline, customer base analytics, and performance reporting.
• Experience with dashboard reporting, business intelligence, and analytics tools, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and management recommendations.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a structured and results-driven approach.
