KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) Oversee the whole function of Agency Strategic Initiatives:

• Manage the development & escalation of Agency Business Planning,
• Manage the development & planning of ALC Acquisition
• Manage the development of Agent Financing Scheme
• Manage the regular Agency Strategic Dialogue (Internal & Group level)

2) Oversee the whole function of Affiliate Strategic initiatives

• Manage the development & escalation of Affiliate Business Planning
• End to End managing the development/enhancement of Affiliate Platform
• In charge of Improvisation of the Affiliate Database
• Manage the regular Affiliate Strategic Dialogue (Internal & Group level)

3) Oversee the entire function of Agency & Affiliate MIS & Contest Management Reporting,

• Manage the Improvisation of Agency Database
• Manage the regular MIS Reporting
• In charge of monitoring the Contest Progress Report
• Manage the regular Reporting Alignment (Corp Strategy & Actuarial)
• Prepare any other adhoc reporting required.

• Support the Agency Distribution team as the Agency Digital Initiatives key person in any required reports for meeting the overall goal of Agency Distribution
• Develop & to structure the Affiliate for performance analysis & reporting
• Create automation/simplification initiatives & innovative ideas for the overall improvement of Reporting & Dashboard creation.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Actuarial Science / Statistics / Data Science or any relevant disciplines.
• Preferably 3-4 years of working experience in Strategic Planning or MIS reporting role in any FI (preferably Takaful Industry)
• Associate Member-Senior Associate of CIIF Membership for CPIF programme
• Associate Member of INCEIF Membership for PCIF programme

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Excellent in both verbal and written English proficiency
• Excellent in all Microsoft Office Software (excel, word & PowerPoint)
• To have an Analytical & Structured thinking hat to provide strategic inputs.
