AB InBev India is looking to hire Senior Manager, Commercial Procurement for its Procurement team based out of Bengaluru.

Job Description

The role holder will lead Commercial Procurement across Sales, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, People, Events, Media, Visibility, POSM, Digital, and Professional Services categories. The incumbent will drive category strategy development, supplier partnerships, contract management, cost optimization, and innovation while ensuring alignment with business objectives and procurement governance.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term category strategies across commercial procurement categories.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Drive annual productivity, savings, and value creation targets.
• Establish robust supplier relationship management and governance frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, People, and Corporate Affairs teams to support business priorities.
• Lead supplier innovation and continuous improvement programs.
• Drive procurement digitalization and process excellence initiatives.
• Conduct market intelligence and spend analytics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contracting standards.
• Develop executive scorecards and category performance dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Commercial Procurement.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and contract negotiations.
