A Conglomerate is Currently Looking for a Senior Corporate Finance Manager (based in Shah Alam)

Your new role
- Lead endtoend M&A and restructuring initiatives, covering target identification, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, documentation, and posttransaction integration to enhance capital structure and shareholder value.
- Evaluate and drive investment proposals and development opportunities (greenfield and brownfield) in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee IPO planning and execution, as well as other valuecreation and capitalraising initiatives.
- Structure and execute fundraising activities across equity, debt, and hybrid instruments.
- Manage relationships with investment banks, legal advisors, rating agencies, and regulators to ensure efficient transaction execution.
- Lead financial modelling, feasibility assessments, and sensitivity analyses to assess project viability and investment risks.
- Monitor and review portfolio performance, recommending divestment, optimisation, or enhancement strategies where appropriate.
- Advise senior management on capital allocation and funding strategies across the Group and its subsidiaries.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CFA, CPA, ICAEW) strongly preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, corporate strategy, or similar disciplines, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in leading complex transactions, including M&A, IPOs, restructuring, and fundraising exercises.
- Strong financial and strategic acumen, with demonstrated capabilities in financial modelling, valuation, and strategic planning.
- Indepth knowledge of capital markets, corporate governance practices, listing requirements, and funding structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at senior levels.
Proficient in Microsoft - Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools, with solid understanding of financial instruments, relevant regulatory guidelines, and strong working relationships with bankers and key stakeholders.
