Senior Manager Critical Infrastructure

We're supporting a leading organization within the digital infrastructure and mission-critical sector as they continue to grow their engineering capability.

This is a role for an experienced electrical specialist who enjoys being the person others turn to when a complex problem needs solving. You'll support critical infrastructure operations, provide technical guidance during major incidents, drive reliability improvements and help shape engineering standards across multiple facilities.

The environment is highly operational, making it well suited to candidates who have spent their careers supporting live facilities where uptime, resilience and system reliability are business critical.

You'll be working across power infrastructure including HV/MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear and protection systems, while partnering closely with operations teams, contractors and equipment vendors to improve reliability and maintenance outcomes.

We're interested in speaking with engineers who combine strong technical expertise with real-world operational experience. Candidates from data centres, semiconductor facilities, utilities, critical infrastructure environments and similar mission-critical industries are all encouraged to apply.

Experience leading incident investigations, conducting root cause analysis and supporting major maintenance or commissioning activities will be highly regarded. Exposure to liquid cooling technologies, critical power systems and large-scale operational environments would be advantageous.
