Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning

  • Develop and execute the annual customer growth roadmap aligned to AHAM's strategic goals
  • Identify key growth drivers, audience segments, and highconversion channels (online & offline) through data and insight analysis
  • Translate strategic goals into quarterly execution plans, defining KPIs, timelines, and required resources
  • Drive post-event conversion actions, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure leads are properly nurtured and tracked
  • Recommend new event formats or engagement activations that strengthen customer experience and growth outcomes
  • Lead internal and external project management teams and vendors to align on project goals, priorities and outcomes to deliver positive customer experience in a timely and professional manner.

Acquisition & Conversion Campaigns

  • Plan, lead, execute, and optimize GoToMarket (GTM) client acquisition campaigns based on the growth strategy set by the Management
  • Develop segment-specific conversion programs to deepen existing client engagement and increase wallet share
  • Develop new client acquisition plans and campaigns to grow market share and new AUM. Develop new business partnerships to create new leads generation entry points
  • Responsible to grow new client acquisition, activate long-tail client segments and retention of wealth clients.
  • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coherent and consistent funnel progression and outcome-based activities

Client Events & Experience Activation

  • Create positive CX through well designed client events and targeted campaignsdesigned client events and targeted campaigns
  • Execute events based on the organization's approved event framework covering concept development, content direction, logistics, budget, operations, onsite quality assurance, and postevent follow-up

Data, Insights & Performance Management

  • Develop measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting for campaigns, events, and lead pipelines
  • Manage budget tracking, Analyze ROI, cost-to-acquire, conversion rates, audience quality, channel performance, and funnel progression
  • Provide data-backed insights to the Head to help identify growth opportunities, and optimization levels
  • Recommend continuous improvements to targeting, creative, channel mix, and customer onboarding flows based on insights.

Execute any other responsibilities determined by Management to meet evolving business needs and deliver organizational outcomes. Frequent travel may be required within the domestic region as and when the project demands.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 812 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development preferably within financial services industry
  • Solid understanding of financial products, customer behavior, distribution channels, and backend sales operations
  • Analytical and data-driven, with hands-on experience in campaign optimization and performance reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Creative, adaptable, and experimentation-driven, with a growth mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, insight-led, and results-focused environment.
