Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure they are performing at their best
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key dealers, understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and adapt sales plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to support the overall business objectives
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior sales or account management role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (would be advantage)
