To assist the General Manager in ensuring smooth planning, implementation and successful completion of projects involved.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
To be involved in product design & development, design research and development (Idea Labs).
To coordinate, review and work closely with other consultants towards accomplishing targeted milestone datelines (for target submission & approval) for all deliverables (i.e.; KM/ DO, BP, SiFUS, APDL & SPA signing to facilitate sales launching).
To liaise internally with different departments e.g. sales & marketing, procurement & etc. in developing and finalise the product design according to marketing product design brief.
To ensure the submission plans preparation (KM/DO, BP, internal & external technical agencies), SPA drawings & specifications are well coordinated/ reviewed and delivered by consultants on time for target signing and submission.
To check all detailed design development, building specifications and materials in tender drawings to avoid discrepancies of drawings, variation order and avoid repeated design & detailing fault from lesson learnt.
To review project drawings to highlight potential issues on practicality, buildability, costs & etc.
To organize / attend meetings or presentations for projects involved.
Any other duty and responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Project Management/ C&S Engineering or Professional Qualification in related field with a minimum of 10 years of working experience in Property Development.
Must have experience in township development and high rise/pocket development in similar position.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels while possessing strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Possess a flair for property development, complete project cycle and strategic master planning including other aspects like project planning, product development & design, project management and authority's liaison.
Good communication skills are necessary to maintain effective project execution with internal departments, consultants, contractors and local authorities & approving agencies.
Possesses a thorough understanding and sound knowledge of the relevant building legislations and by-laws, authorities guidelines/ standards and submission procedures.
