Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced Site Lead – Facilities, Security & Administration to lead end‑to‑end site services at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Malaysia. This role is critical to ensuring GMP‑compliant infrastructure, robust security, efficient administration and an exceptional employee experience.
- This position serves as the single point of accountability for all non‑production operations at the site and plays a key role within the site leadership team.
Job Description:
Facilities & Infrastructure:
- Lead IFMS Soft operations including buildings, workspaces, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, cafeteria & pantry services
- Ensure GMP / cGMP, PIC/S and NPRA compliance
- Work with Central Engineering team and support preventive maintenance, asset lifecycle management and utility's reliability
- Support site expansions, capital projects, upgrades and validation activities
- Lead facilities readiness during regulatory and customer audits
Security
- Own site security operations: man‑guarding, access control, CCTV, visitor / vendor management and perimeter security
- Manage incident response, investigations and emergency preparedness
- Liaise with local authorities and emergency services
Administration & Workplace Services
- Oversee front office, transport & fleet, vendor onboarding, consumables and logistics
- Manage canteen, welfare, events and employee services
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, service quality, and workplace experience
Compliance, EHS & Risk
- Partner with Quality and EHS teams to ensure compliance with OSHA Malaysia, fire safety and environmental norms
- Drive site risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance documentation
Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead and develop facilities, security and admin teams
- Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives
- Act as a core member of the site leadership team
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities / Hospitality Management or related field
- 12–18 years of experience in pharma, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing
- Understanding knowledge of GMP, cGMP and cleanroom utilities
- Hands‑on experience with Malaysia statutory and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership, vendor governance and crisis management skills
