Job Description

Responsible for ensuring the continuous and smooth operation of plant facility infrastructure services, including managing plant-wide complaints across 11 production buildings (approximately 70,000 m²) and 8 supporting buildings.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Ensure the continuous and reliable operation of electrical high- and low-power systems, Facility Management and Control System (FMCS), and daily FM Control Room services, with a focus on achieving zero ITP, zero incidents, and meeting key departmental targets.
  • Lead FM engineers and executives in interfacing with relevant audits and authority inspections, and maintain proper FM documentation related to engineering and operations (e.g., as-built drawings, updated layouts, authority documentation, licenses, etc.).
  • Lead FM system owners in ensuring timely maintenance fulfillment for all relevant services, including updating, tracking, and monitoring facility asset lists and maintenance activities in SAP-PM.
  • Continuously identify and assess the condition, health, and lifespan of electrical and control system equipment, and plan and execute upgrades in line with FM Bluebook and continuous improvement programs.
  • Ensure the operation, maintenance, and development of BAS, FMCS, and SPC systems for all facility services to minimize operational risks due to system instability.
  • Coordinate the transition of new facility systems from project completion to operational phase, and provide input to the Engineering team for future development.
  • Enhance cost planning, tracking, and control processes to improve operational cost efficiency.
  • Lead projects related to green initiatives, energy efficiency, and other relevant programs in line with corporate decarbonization and digitalization policies.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Registered Electrical Energy Manager certification is an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of FMCS and SPC.
  • Strong understanding of RCM and FMECA.
  • Proficient in SAP applications
  • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements (FMA, OSHA, UBBL, NFPA, EMEER 2008, ABE 1994, etc.).
  • Experience in applying quality tools (e.g., 8D methodology, 5 Why, etc.)
  • Experience in both technical and administrative aspects of project management.
