About the Role

Working as the delivery lead and solution architect for the SAP Financial Asset Management/ Treasury and Risk Management solution in AIA.

• Guide and mentor a team of SAP FAM/Treasury specialists, fostering a collaborative environment to meet team goals.
• Act as the principal architect for the SAP FAM/Treasury solution, ensuring optimal design and implementation.
• Establish the strategic roadmap for FAM/Treasury solution, aligning with business objectives.
• Assess the latest market solutions to ensure our technology remains competitive.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into effective system solutions.
• Assist the project manager by providing effort estimations and contributing to the project plan.
• Evaluate the impact of system changes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Oversee the team's delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing with the support team to ensure a seamless transition to Business as Usual (BAU).
• Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and assist in evaluating vendors or products.
• Review existing processes and propose solutions to enhance user experience.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems / Business or other relevant discipline
• 8 years of relevant experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) or Finance Asset Management (FAM)
• Experience of 5 end-to-end system implementation/ rollout project
• Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
• ABAP (debugging) skills
• Experience in Insurance company is a plus

Certifications/licenses

• Relevant SAP certifications.
• Professional accounting or finance qualification such as CPA/ CFA is a plus
• Project management qualification such as PMP/ PRINCE2 is a plus
