Senior Manager, Finance Transformation

Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Projects supports the Group Accounting & Tax Director in overseeing day‑to‑day finance operations while driving key transformation initiatives across the organisation. This role covers financial reporting, system migration, vendor sourcing, and process improvement projects to ensure efficiency, compliance, and readiness for future growth in the event management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Operations, Projects & Transformation

• Oversee group‑wide financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance activities.
  
• Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness in line with international accounting standards.
  
• Lead finance transformation projects including ERP/system migration, automation, and process improvements.
  
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations to streamline group‑wide processes.
  

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Provide guidance and support to finance team members to strengthen execution and project delivery.
  
• Act as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  
• Support the Group Accounting & Tax Director in preparing management and board‑level reporting materials.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.
  
• 12–15 years of finance experience, ideally with cross‑border exposure.
  
• Proven expertise in finance operations, ERP/system migration, and transformation projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  
• Excellent project management skills with ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, adaptable to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
