Preferably from Tier 1 manufacturing industry or Automotive industry.
Highly knowledgeable in the Manufacturing / Industrial field as well as in leadership function, methods, techniques or procedures that are clear, well documented and that generally involve several different steps to achieve a given outcome.

Responsibility :
Oversee plant performance by managing financial results, operational efficiency, inventory, and cost control (Opex/Capex). Lead safety, supply chain improvements, WMS implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive new product development, quality standards (IMS), customer relationships, supplier collaboration, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with group policies and Lean practices while aligning project execution. Develop and engage employees through coaching, succession planning, and capability building.
