- Manage HR operations and services in IFC office, including HR administration and employee data management and HRIS optimization. Partner with HR payroll team to provide HR service to achieve business objectives. Manage HR services to maintain high quality support for employee and stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end employee services including onboarding, relocation, myHR data management, visa application and renewal, new joiner orientation, payroll preparation, annual process (share plans, share plans, rental reimbursement program, year end process). Ensure HR services are delivered with accuracy, timeliness and alignment with company policies.
- Responsible for data accuracy and integrity in myHR. Leverage myHR or other systems to automate and streamline process to improve service delivery. Lead digital transformation to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and manage SOP to assess HR Services effectiveness and implement improvement
- Manage vendors (i.e. relocation and vendor vendors) to provide service to ensure it meets service standard
- Resolve and review complex HR operational issues and escalate as needed while maintaining compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in HR operations.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and facilities team to handle HR service inquiries or activities.
- Education: A Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 10+ demonstrated years of experience in HR Operations/HR service delivery with 5+ years in a managerial role overseeing group/regional office or HR services. Previous HR shared Services experience is an advantage
- Possess a self-starter mentality, with a collaborative and analytical mindset. Willing to take a strategic and/or pragmatic approach to coordinate resources and drive targeted results. A proactive self-starter with a can-do, customer focused approach who can learn quickly from experience.
- Accurate and detail conscious, able to quickly spot errors in data and gaps in information, confidently seeking clarification and explanation. Ability to analyse data and utilize it to make sound business decision.
- Skilled in multi-stakeholder management capable in thriving in a multi-national organizational environment
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills necessary to lead and manage teams and projects effectively.
- Enterprise system experience: Demonstrated working experience in HR system or payroll system. Prior work experience in system deployment or process review is required
