WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....Responsible for supporting specific function and business unit in addressing their human resources related needs
. Work closely with designated business groups, line management and executive teams across all aspects of human resource related areas
. Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies and / or adopt relevant policies for local implementation
. Develop workforce plan and guide talent management activities
. Resolve escalated employee relation matters and recommend potential changes as appropriate based on the root cause of the cases
. Support significant employee life cycle events as appropriate
