The Senior Manager – Investor Relations plays key role overseeing the Group's investor relation and strategizing and executing the Group's business diversification objective.
The Senior Manager is also tasked to support the Group's Corporate Strategy activities (i.e. Strategic initiatives, M&A etc).
On Investor Relations
Act as primary point of contact between the Group/Company and shareholders, fund managers and analysts by addressing questions and updating the investment community of relevant information.
Organise and coordinate road shows, conferences, and briefings to provide updates on the Company's financial results to bankers, institutions and investors.
Create presentations, press releases and other communication materials for investors, fund managers and analysts during industry events, shareholder meetings, press conferences and private meetings.
Production of annual reports.
Analyse the Company's performance metrics, including analysing financial data, spotting trends and developing forecasts.
Monitor the Company's strategy, financial and operational changes and develop investor relations messages based on these changes.
Monitor research reports produced by financial analysts and summarise them for the Executive Chairman and Directors/CXOs.
Conduct comprehensive research and competitive analysis on the stock performance of competing companies and present findings to the Executive Chairman and Directors/CXOs.
Monitor and assess stock trading patterns as a result of public disclosure or publication of analyst reports.
Set up, maintain, and update the Investor Relations section of the Company Website.
Provide feedback to Executive Chairman and Directors regarding the Investment community's perception of the Company.

Support in research and monitor commercial business and identify development opportunities of the target companies that meet the Group's strategic intent, both from strategic impact and contribution
Support in development of financial models to be used in the financials assessment of target company
Support in development and review various finance and operational processes for all acquisitions and mergers.
Support member of the M&A deal negotiation team
Support Corporate Strategy and Development team on Board Paper preparation and business case
Responsible for the Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements in relation with and Corporate initiatives i.e. Divestment or M&A activities, from announcement, update of announcement
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, Business Administration or related field.
