Senior Manager IT & CyberSecurity

We are supporting a fast-growing data center company in Singapore. They are looking for a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity and IT to lead and strengthen their governance, compliance readiness and security foundation as the business scales.

This is a high-impact role with strong visibility to senior management - ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up and working in a lean, hands-on environment.

Job Duties:

• Drive cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives
• Strengthen security policies, controls, and operating processes across the organisation
• Partner stakeholders to embed security into business and technology decisions
• Support audits, third-party/vendor risk reviews, and security assessments
• Oversee key cybersecurity programs (e.g. vulnerability management, security awareness, incident readiness)
• Work closely with IT teams/vendors to ensure day-to-day security and technology operations are well managed

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and a relevant degree
• Strong experience in cybersecurity governance / technology risk / compliance (GRC)
• Comfortable in a small team setup - hands-on, practical and adaptable
• Able to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
• Exposure to IT infrastructure / cloud / corporate IT operations is a plus
• Data centre / OT exposure will be a plus
• Able to travel up to 30% of the time
