Senior Manager

For Senior Manager role (1 HC) : The real coding skills will be tested on the first interview. We need to have at least 5 years of recent hands-on IL/SMART of enhanced coding experience, ability to do deep technical work. Person must have minimum 10 years of working experience in the application development for life insurance domain using Integral Life/Life Asia COBOL system.

For Manager role (3 HC): the same but follow the years of experience in JD
