Proven leadership experience in learning product design, curriculum development, and innovation, ideally within EdTech, corporate learning, consulting, or transformation environments.
Strong track record of designing adult learning programmes that integrate behavioural science, active learning methodologies, and technology-enabled experiences.
Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of learning products end-to-end, including productisation and commercialisation.
Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate learning solutions into scalable, revenue-generating products.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and navigating complex organisational environments.
Strategic thinker able to balance creativity, learning impact, and commercial outcomes.
