Key Responsibilities
Operational Execution & Team Leadership
- Lead and foster a culture of technical upskilling and AI adoption.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of core services, ensuring all our core operations meet SPAIGER's elite standards.
- Translate high-level firm strategy into actionable team goals and streamlined workflows.
Product Collaboration & Workflow Design
- Act as the voice of operations for the CTO and Engineering teams, providing feedback to refine AI tools and automate manual bottlenecks.
- Continuously audit and improve operational workflows through the integration of new tech features and automation scripts.
Client Delivery & Technical Support
- Serve as the key relationship owner andtechnical point of contact for client escalations, managing complex queries and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide exceptional customer experience.
- Support the Sales and Business Development teams by demonstrating the technical superiority of our automated platform during client pitches.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Oversee the accuracy of end-to-end accounting processes for diverse fund and spa structures, ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.
- Identify operational risks within the human-in-the-loop process and implement safeguards to maintain data integrity.
Requirements
- Experience:7+ years of progressive experience in fund and SPV administration, with at least 23 years in a people-management or team-lead role.
- Domain Expertise:Strong command of private market fund structures and fund accounting; you should be comfortable talking shop with both accountants and developers.
- Leadership Style:A hands-on mentor who enjoys developing talent and isn't afraid to dive into the details to solve a technical roadblock.
- Tech Savvy:Familiarity with (or a strong desire to learn) how AI technologies are disrupting traditional fund and spv administration.
- Problem Solving:An analytical mindset focused on efficiencyyou should constantly be asking, How can we automate this
- Communication:Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex operational data into clear updates for senior leadership and clients alike.
