- Create and implement long term sourcing strategies, KPIs and provide leadership to team of category buyers for Food & Beverage categories.
- Manage sourcing and category management activities.
- In charge of responsible procurement and driving initiatives for the organisation
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders as well as strategic suppliers
- Build, mentor and guide team members to foster capabilities in delivering excellence in sourcing
- Degree from reputable institution with 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and meet tight timelines and KPIs
- Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather technical requirements
- Possesses strong analytical, communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, business acumen and contract drafting skills
- Resourceful and strong leader with good problem solving, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge in SAP/ Ariba S2P (Source to Pay) and Reverse Auction tool is a plus
