Senior Manager / Manager (PSE - Process Support)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for SMT Engineering Department and Organization Management, Headcount Resource plan and MFG overall process definition and control, KPI index setup and achievement.
• Establish good working relationship with Customer and PCBA process team.
• Control the PCBA E2E RFTY yield rate and daily output (OEE) to ensure the production commitment from Customer's demand.
• New SMT process technical knowledge and related automation proposal transfers to internal team.
• Responsible for overall PCBA performances to meet Customer's requirements, manage day to day operations to meet production plan.
• Create relevant management reporting to support the project with high data accuracy on daily and weekly meeting.
• Process control & optimization and improvement consistently, reduce MOH cost included Equipment/ Fixture/ Spare parts/ Consumable parts for lean orientation, leading internal cross functional team to do DOE with customer and output well results.
• Equipment efficiency optimization to achieve output capacity target and prevent line down possibility, the implementation of fool-proofing/ EP (Error Proof) mechanism and SMART principle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree / Masters in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical and Electronics / Manufacturing), Science or any other related field

Required Skills

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
• 10 years or more in SMT work experience and SMT Engineering Management experience is a plus
• Familiar with SMT machine management, familiar with Panasonic mounting machine, DEK Printer, KohYoung/ Parmi SPI, ViTrox, and Rehm Reflow
• Demonstrated organizing ability, experienced in equipment and manpower management
• High sense of responsibility and good communication ability as well as outstanding leadership
