Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual marketing communications plans that are aligned with the mall's objectives
  • Manage all official social media platforms
  • Develop and refine marketing and branding goals for each campaign
  • Develop online and offline marketing collaterals for mall campaigns including print, fulfilment and distribution
  • Manage e-direct mailers (EDM) for campaigns and internal communications
  • Manage content on all mall touch points, including signages, directories and brand collaterals
  • Ensure brand consistency in all online and offline collaterals based on approved brand guidelines
  • Maintain frequent liaison with tenants of the mall to ensure they are getting full support on the mall's marketing communications
  • Conduct frequent market research to identify market requirements for current and future campaigns
  • Analyse potential partnerships with tenants or external parties to enhance communication outreach for the mall

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Solid experience working on a wide range of communication strategies and social media tools
  • In-depth understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and its best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
