Key Responsibilities
- 360° Strategy & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning and rollout of marketing campaigns across the Group's diverse portfolio, including print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
- Event & Project Powerhouse: Take ownership of diverse projects ranging from industry-leading awards and ceremonies to large-scale expos and fairs.
- Brand Stewardship: Actively track and elevate brand health, ensuring consistent corporate identity while managing brand resilience and crisis recovery efforts.
- Creative Excellence: Oversee the development of all marketing collateral, ensuring top-tier design and copywriting for both physical POSM and digital assets.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs to ensure maximum ROI, aligning with stakeholders across Sales, Tech, and Analytics to hit business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8 - 10 years of solid marketing experience, ideally within Media, FMCG, Retail, or Marketing Agencies.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Versatility: Proven track record in 360° marketing, comfortable handling both digital deliverables and physical collaterals, and on-ground events.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team and build effective relationships in a stakeholder-rich environment.
