Key Accountabilities:
Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership
- Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across media and event sponsorship verticals.
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive sponsorship sales for events through tailored proposals and solution-based selling.
Client & Agency Engagement
- Build and sustain strong relationships with media agencies, brand marketers, and direct clients.
- Present and pitch compelling advertising and sponsorship solutions that align with client needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering insights, performance data, and recommendations to maximize client ROI.
Solution Development & Proposal Crafting
- Design and deliver innovative, integrated proposals across digital media, branded content, and event activations.
- Work collaboratively with content and operations teams to ensure the feasibility and delivery of solutions.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Oversee campaign execution to ensure fulfillment, reporting, and billing are handled smoothly.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, client performance data, and market trends to inform upsell opportunities and retention strategies.
Sales Strategy & Reporting
- Provide weekly sales pipeline updates and forecasts to the Head of Media & Event Sales.
- Identify shiftsin market demands and recommend strategies to stay competitive and relevant.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in media advertising sales and event sponsorship within digital, automotive, or related industries.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and developing key accounts.
- Solid understanding of advertising platforms, pricing models, media buying behavior, and event monetization.
- Commercially sharp with excellent negotiation and persuasive presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into revenue opportunities.
- Experience in the automotive or technology media landscape is an added advantage. Maintains absolute integrity and confidentiality; is trustworthy, honest, credible and reliable.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is an added advantage.
