What You'll Do:

  • Responsible on new/potential partner acquisition and developing partner relationships across Mobility Ecosystem portfolio (focus Mobility Ecosystem including flight, car sharing, ride-hailing, bus ticketing, logistic, and others).
  • Working with partners to identify business opportunities and devise, implement partnership marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage the relationships of key partners and continually monitor and evaluate the performance of the partnership against agreed KPIs to ensure business objectives are being met.
  • Manage multiple partnerships or projects simultaneously across all phases of the project, from ideation to execution.
  • Guide and motivate team members.
  • Track expenses and manage budgets related to execution of partnership activities, agreements and across Mobility department.
  • Track and monitor Mobility department budget and expenses throughout the financial year.
  • Prepare reports on partnerships including market comparison analysis, feasibility studies, etc.
  • Managing any ad-hock special projects/opportunities with partners as and when required.
  • Liaise with cross-functional supporting teams to ensure partnership campaign success.
  • End-to-end accountability of all aspect's partnership including operational execution and planning.
  • Lead and work closely with internal marketing and growth team to develop tactical and thematic campaigns and awareness programs for cross usage use cases.
  • Responsible for other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by Head of Division/Department.

Role Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Transport Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years in business/product/brand management experience in Transport/OTA industry.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Business Development or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of parking business, partnership marketing, affiliate marketing and co branding.
  • Understanding of transport, finance and payment industry.
  • A passion for problem solving and turning challenges into opportunities for business growth.
  • Responsive and service oriented, able to work and maintain strong business partnerships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to deliver presentations to partners.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
