Your new role
Due to significant growth and increasing client demand, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Manager, People Advisory to join a market-leading consulting team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of major consulting engagements and strategic workstreams
- Acting as the primary client advisor and managing key stakeholder relationships
- Driving organisation design, change management, HR transformation or workforce transformation initiatives
- Managing project governance, financial performance, quality and risk management
- Coaching and developing junior consultants and project teams
- Supporting business development, proposal writing and pursuit activities
- Contributing to practice leadership and capability building across the advisory function
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven consulting experience gained within a management consulting, people consulting, transformation consulting or advisory environment
- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience, including leading large-scale client engagements and stakeholder management initiatives
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas: Organisational Design, Change Management, HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Organisation Transformation
- Experience managing project teams and developing junior consultants
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to business development and proposal management
- Excellent client-facing, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related discipline
- Experience gained within Big 4, global consulting firms or boutique consulting organisations
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, Prosci or MBA qualifications
- Exposure to digital HR, people analytics or workforce planning solutions
