Hiring | HR Tech & Transformation

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to drive HR process transformation, digitalization and technology-led employee experiences.

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 4–9 Years

Qualification: Full-time MBA

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve HR processes and employee/user journeys.
• Drive process re-engineering, digitization and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, IT, Engineering teams and vendors.
• Manage transformation projects end-to-end, including design, testing, UAT, deployment and implementation.
• Define business requirements, process flows, product specifications and success metrics.
• Drive change management, user adoption and process compliance.
• Track adoption, productivity improvements and user feedback to continuously enhance HR processes.
• Develop training and enablement programs for successful implementation.
