Senior Manager, PMO (Data Centre Project Owner)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PMO strategy, project governance and overall project operations.
• Oversee project planning, schedule, cost, risk and quality management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and drive timely resolution of issues and risks.
• Oversee resource planning and project performance.
• Establish and improve PMO processes, systems and reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
• Provide regular project updates and performance reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO / project management.
• Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure or data centre projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, governance, regulations and compliance.
• Strong experience in schedule, cost, risk and quality management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work in Banting, Selangor.
