Senior Manager handling a portfolio comprising
Procurement, Costing and Inventory Management.
Your new role
In this position, you will:
- Lead the full cycle of project-based costing, ensuring accurate evaluation of workforce, materials, and service requirements from tender stage to project award and execution.
- Oversee endtoend procurement operations, including sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive commercial and contract terms.
- Manage logistics and warehouse operations to ensure materials are delivered, stored, and distributed in alignment with project timelines and operational needs.
- Strengthen workflow efficiency across costing, procurement, logistics, and warehouse by driving process improvements, compliance, and internal controls.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure operational readiness, material accuracy, and timely support throughout project delivery.
- Improve planning, execution, and supply chain operations in technically demanding project environments.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in project-based costing and procurement, with the ability to manage endtoend budgeting, evaluation, sourcing, and contract reviews.
- Proven leadership capability overseeing procurement and supply chain portfolio within a project execution environment.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent and proficient in English and Mandarin
- Industry experience in Solar, Engineering or EPCC is an added advantage.
