Purpose of Job
The incumbent is responsible for leading, overseeing, and delivering complex and high-impact projects in alignment with organizational objectives. The role ensures effective project governance, optimal resource utilization, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to achieve timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Outputs

Major Activities
1) Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple concurrent projects.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and milestones.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
2) Governance & Risk Management
- Establish and maintain project governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and approval processes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
3) Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as a proactive key liaison with senior management, internal teams, and external partner.
- Provide proactive leadership, coaching, and performance management to project teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.
4) Financial & Resource Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure cost control and value for money.
- Support procurement and vendor management related to project delivery.
5) Monitoring, Reporting & Improvement
- Track project performance against KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Prepare high-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and best practices.
Specifications
1) Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Corporate Sustainability, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 810 years of relevant project management experience.
- Professional certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is an advantage.

- Experience in, or ability to quickly grasp sustainability and conservation outcomes, and translate these into impactful and measurable outcomes

- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Salary Range
RM10,000 - RM15,000
