Strategy & Planning Senior Manager

The Strategy & Planning Senior Manager will be the day-to-day lead for the development of integrated campaigns. This role requires a unique blend of creative ideation and technical media rigor. You will work with cross-functional teams to guide strategy and deliver top-notch thinking that moves beyond standard placements into high-impact content experiences. By leveraging data, cultural understanding, and consumer insights, you will tell impactful stories from the earliest research stage through to strategic development and integrated communication planning.

Role Summary And Impact

  • Ideation & Content Strategy: Lead the creative brainstorming process to develop big ideas that resonate with audiences, ensuring these concepts are built with media scalability in mind.
  • Channel Translation: Take high-level communication tasks and map out exactly how content ideas should be adapted and distributed across different media environments (Social, OOH, Digital, etc.).
  • Cultural Mapping: Identify how a brand should behave in different cultural spaces and develop culturally relevant connection ideas.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Write comprehensive strategies for campaign launches utilizing a variety of channels, targeting tactics, partners, and data providers.
  • Connections Framework: Build out a framework for a category across all levels of a consumer decision journey, ensuring content remains consistent yet contextually relevant.
  • Insights Mining: Mine client and consumer data in collaboration with cross-functional teams to uncover insights that fuel both creative and tactical decisions.
  • Thought Leadership: Educate clients and internal stakeholders on media innovation, content trends, and emerging platform capabilities.

  • Creative Architect: A motivated professional who can bridge the gap between the big idea and the media buy.
  • Storyteller: Proven ability to turn dry data and abstract insights into a compelling narrative.
  • Trend Watcher: Keeps ahead of industry news; understands what's new and shiny and, more importantly, if it's actually effective for the brand.
  • The Translator: A highly skilled communicator who can simplify the complicated media world and creative world for data-driven stakeholders.
  • Trusted Advisor: Quickly understands client business needs and develops holistic solutions that balance brand-building content with performance-driven media.
