The Opportunity
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end recruitment delivery function for a newly established strategic client partnership. You'll be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring exceptional stakeholder experiences, and delivering recruitment outcomes that directly support business growth.
This is a highly visible role where you'll influence talent strategy, coach and develop recruiters, and build trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 9 recruiters
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver talent acquisition strategies
- Ensure recruitment delivery meets agreed service levels and performance targets
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, reporting and workforce planning
- Use data and insights to influence decision making and optimise hiring outcomes
- Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture
What We're Looking For
- Extensive recruitment and talent acquisition leadership experience
- Proven experience managing and developing recruitment teams
- Strong stakeholder management and client partnership skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume or complex hiring environments
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Passion for leading people, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes
