Senior Manager – Technology Category Management

Mandatory Skillset (Must-Have)

Experience & Domain

• Minimum 8 years experienceinTechnology category management & procurement operations
• Proven global category management exposure(regional or global scope)
• Strong background inTechnology / IT procurement(Health Tech is a big plus)

Category Management & Strategy

• End-to-endTechnology category strategy ownership(strategy execution)
• Hands-on experience in:
• Category framework development
• Operationalising sourcing strategies
• Supplier relationship management (SRM)
• Stakeholder engagement at senior levels

Technology & Commercial Knowledge

• Deep understanding of IT contract models, including:
• Cloud services
• SaaS
• Software licensing
• Infrastructure services
• Strong knowledge of:
• Technology buying channels
• Licensing frameworks
• Market dynamics and sourcing trends

Sourcing, Contracting & Tools

• Solid hands-on experience withsourcing and contracting tools/platforms
• Strongcommercial & financial acumen, including:
• Cost benchmarking
• Supplier financial assessments
• Contractual risk management

Business & Execution Capability

• Strategic thinkerwith hands-on execution mindset
• Ability to:
• Assess business value
• Prioritise SVCM initiatives
• Anticipate implementation risks and challenges

Stakeholder & Communication

• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• Experience working inmatrix global/regional organisations
• Excellentanalytical, communication & presentation skills
• Ability to deliverclear, compelling sourcing recommendations
