- Lead the complete sustaining test function covering ICT, FCT, PCBA functional test, system test, debugging and failure analysis.
- Provide technical support for products after launch into mass production.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex PCB/PCBA and system-level failures.
- Drive improvement in FPY, test yield, retest rate, test coverage, MTTD, MTTR, cycle time, tester uptime and customer escapes.
- Oversee test hardware, fixtures, instrumentation, ATE, test software and automation.
- Improve tester reliability, capacity, utilization and maintenance.
- Lead root-cause analysis using 8D, RCA, CAPA, DMAIC, PFMEA and related methodologies.
- Manage Test Engineering resources, managers, engineers and technicians.
- Support customers and cross-functional teams on test-related production and quality issues.
- Manage relevant test equipment capacity planning and CAPEX.
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- Approximately 1215+ years of Test Engineering experience, with at least 5 years in management / senior leadership.
- Mandatory manufacturing Test Engineering experience with networking products, such as switches, routers, data-center networking equipment or similar complex networking hardware.
- Strong hands-on experience in ICT, FCT, system testing, complex PCB debugging and failure analysis.
- Strong sustaining / mass-production Test Engineering background.
- Experience in an EMS environment strongly preferred, particularly companies such as Jabil, Flex, Plexus, Celestica or equivalent.
- Must be comfortable remaining technically hands-on despite seniority.
- Strong experience leading managers and sizeable engineering teams.
- Cisco product experience is not mandatory.
- NPI experience is not required for this role.
- Budget: RM25,000RM27,000 per month.
- Senior Leadership Opportunity Lead the full Test Engineering function and manage a sizeable team of managers, engineers and technicians within a senior leadership position.
- High-Level Technical Exposure Work extensively with ICT, FCT, system testing, ATE, automation, PCB debugging and complex failure analysis across advanced networking products.
- Direct Impact on Manufacturing Performance Drive improvements in test yield, FPY, test coverage, tester reliability, cycle time and overall production efficiency.
- Strategic & Operational Responsibility Take ownership of test equipment capacity planning, CAPEX, automation, maintenance and long-term test infrastructure development.
- Attractive Senior-Level Package Competitive salary package of RM25,000RM27,000 per month, aligned with a senior Test Engineering leadership role in a complex manufacturing environment.
