About Our Client

Our client is a well-established Institutional Financial Services Group headquartered in Singapore. The organization manages a sophisticated regional balance sheet and is looking for a strategic Treasury professional to lead funding, liquidity, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional funding strategies using institutional bank facilities and corporate debt markets.
  • Manage regional liquidity pools, interest rate risk, and foreign exchange exposure.
  • Mitigate maturity mismatches and oversee the structural balance sheet framework for regional entities.
  • Oversee core relationship lines with global banking partners, rating agencies, and external financial institutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive treasury experience gained within capital markets, banking, or large financial services platforms.
  • Deep practical knowledge of ALM frameworks, cross-currency swaps, and corporate hedging structures.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-currency balance sheets and credit facilities.
  • Excellent executive presence with a track record of driving cross-functional financial strategy.
