Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to provide leadership and technical expertise in manufacturing operations, quality management, project execution, and customer engagement. The role serves as a key interface between Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, as well as Supply Chain, Procurement, Contract Manufacturers, and Suppliers to ensure operational excellence, product quality, supply continuity, and successful execution of strategic business initiatives. The successful candidate will lead operational issue resolution, quality improvement programs, cross-functional projects, customer escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives while driving sustainable business results and customer success.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, Operations, Program Management, or related technical functions.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a high-mix, low-volume or complex manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
- Experience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, customers, and global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or test and measurement industry.
- Knowledge of quality systems, audits, RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing customer escalations and business-critical issues.
- Familiarity with product transfer, manufacturing readiness, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, or Quality-related certifications are advantageous.
