Job Summary

As a Senior Marketing Associate - Livestream & Affiliates, you will be at the forefront of our digital growth. You will lead our Affiliate Marketing and Livestream initiatives across TikTok Shop and Shopee, driving revenue by bridging the gap between our curated brand portfolio and our community of parents. This role is responsible for scaling revenue through high-tier affiliate partnerships, engaging livestream sessions, and the continuous optimization of on-platform social commerce content.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing

  • Strategy & Growth: Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to grow revenue through the recruitment of Parent-Creators, strategic product sampling, and high-quality content seeding.
  • Brand Alignment: Effectively integrate and align affiliate activities with motherswork's premium branding and commercial sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor affiliate activity daily/weekly to identify high-performing creators, growth opportunities, and quick win viral trends.
  • Relationship Management: Conduct regular check-ins with top-tier affiliates to align on campaign goals, share updates on new global brand launches, and optimize their conversion performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the internal Branding, Performance, and E-commerce teams to provide affiliates with premium creative assets, detailed product briefings, and competitive incentives.
  • Data Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics including CTR, GMV, conversion rates, and the quality of content generated for our brand partners.

Livestream Management

  • Revenue Optimization: Develop and execute livestream strategies to drive continuous revenue growth across motherswork's official TikTok and Shopee channels.
  • Host Management: Manage and schedule our roster of livestream hosts, ensuring all required broadcasting hours are fulfilled daily with high energy and professionalism.
  • Conversion Tactics: Optimize livestream sessions through strategic product sequencing (storytelling), exclusive promotions, engagement tactics, and integrated ad spending.
  • Operational Readiness: Coordinate with the E-commerce and Operations teams to ensure livestream readiness, including stock availability for featured brands, visual setups, and campaign-specific briefings.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate livestream performance, provide coaching to hosts on product knowledge (baby gear, nursing, toys), and implement best practices to maintain a premium viewer experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Livestream Management, or Influencer Marketing, specifically for e-commerce or premium consumer brands.
  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and Shopee affiliate systems, creator management tools, and livestream back-end operations.
  • Communication: Excellent relationship-building skills; ability to communicate effectively with high-profile creators and professional hosts.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven retail environment.
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Malay (written and spoken) to cater to our diverse Malaysian audience.
