Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Executive, Marketing & Communications to support and execute the Group's integrated B2B marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand positioning, driving digital presence, and supporting commercial growth across our fertiliser and irrigation business segments.

The ideal candidate is creative yet analytical, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns within a B2B or industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy Execution

  • Support the implementation of B2B marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, exhibitions, and trade channels.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Execute SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
  • Manage website content updates and optimisation.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports (traffic, engagement, lead generation).

3. Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage content calendar.
  • Grow brand presence and engagement across platforms.
  • Track KPIs including reach, engagement rate, and follower growth.

4. Design & Creative Production

  • Ensure visual consistency in line with brand guidelines.

5. Corporate Communications

  • Support internal communications and corporate announcements.
  • Assist in preparing press releases, company updates, and partner communications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Agronomy, Operations, and Management.

7. Events & Exhibitions Support

  • Assist in planning and executing trade exhibitions, workshops and corporate events.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and on-site branding.

8. Ad-Hoc

  • Handle time-sensitive tasks and management requests efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in marketing & communications (B2B/industrial/agriculture experience is an advantage but not a must).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools will be an added advantage (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience in marketing analytics and reporting is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Experience in exhibition or trade marketing is a plus.
