Role Overview
Main purpose of the role: Support business development by driving integrated marketing initiatives that generate pipeline and sales conversations.
Top 3 key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across priority markets
- Plan and deliver event-led activity, including private briefings and partnered initiatives
- Measure, report, and optimise campaign performance against pipeline and ROI objectives
Candidate Requirements
- Required qualifications / certifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related discipline
- Years of experience required: 2-4 years in-house or agency experience with exposure to integrated campaign execution
- Key technical or functional skills:
- Integrated campaign management
- Events planning and execution
- Business writing
- Campaign performance measurement
- Soft skills / personality traits preferred:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to senior internal stakeholders
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple markets and timelines
- Detail-oriented while keeping sight of overall objectives
- Languages required: English, Chinese an advantage
- Preferred industry background (if any): B2B marketing, agency, media, or research-led organisations
