JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Marketing Executive (Content Development & Event Coordination) is responsible for executing performance-driven marketing content and coordinating physical, virtual, and hybrid events to support lead generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across Mindful Solutions multi-brand ecosystem (eLearningMinds, Asia Learn Hub, UpSkillingMinds).
This role combines hands-on content production (digital creatives, landing page assets, basic UI/UX optimisation) with end-to-end event planning, promotion, and lead management. The position is accountable for delivering measurable outcomes such as registrations, attendance, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and conversion performance, and ensures accurate lead capture and timely handover to Sales.
The role reports to the Marketing Team Lead and collaborates closely with Sales, Design, and Operations to deliver campaigns and events aligned with marketing and revenue objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Integrated Content & Event Calendar Management
Plan, execute, and maintain integrated content and event calendars across multiple brands, ensuring timely delivery aligned with campaign timelines and business priorities.
2. Content Development & Creative Production
Create and edit multi-format content including short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts), long-form videos (YouTube, webinars), static visuals, infographics, blogs, and email marketing creatives.
Design and produce marketing collateral such as landing page sections, social creatives, case studies, sales decks, brochures, and event promotional materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Landing Page Support, UI/UX & Front-End Updates
Support landing page execution and optimisation including layout structuring, visual hierarchy, CTA placement, and content flow to improve conversion rates.
Apply basic UI/UX principles to improve usability and user journeys across landing pages, forms, and marketing touchpoints. Perform basic front-end content updates using no-code tools or basic HTML (e.g., text edits, image replacement, section adjustments), without involvement in back-end development.
4. Event Planning & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline events including webinars, workshops, conferences, and corporate engagements.
Manage event logistics including registration systems, RSVP tracking, venue/platform setup, vendors, materials preparation, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth event flow.
5. Event Marketing, Lead Capture & MQL Generation
Develop and execute event marketing campaigns to drive registrations and qualified attendance across channels (EDM, social, partners, ads).
Set clear MQL targets for each event in alignment with the Marketing Team Lead and Sales team; implement lead capture systems (landing pages, forms, QR codes, Marketing Automation tagging/segmentation).
Ensure accurate lead qualification and timely handover to Sales; monitor cost per lead (CPL) and optimise campaigns for better ROI.
6. Reporting, Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Track and report KPIs including content engagement, CTR, landing page conversion rate, registrations, attendance rate, MQLs generated, and campaign effectiveness.
Collect attendee feedback, support post-event follow-ups (thank-you communications, nurture content), and maintain proper documentation and CRM data accuracy; provide recommendations to improve future campaigns and events.
