Position Purpose
We're on the lookout for a highly organized yet wildly passionate marketer to join our professional haircare family.
As our Senior Marketing Executive, you'll bring our professionalbrands to life online and in-store turning bright ideas into real results (and having fun while doing it).
Main Roles And Responsibilities
Bring the Brand to Life
- Dream up and execute fun, fresh campaigns that connect with consumers through digital, retail, salon, and Sephora channels
- Turn global directions into locally relevant stories that spark excitement
Get Creative Online (and Drive E-Commerce!)
- Manage our brand presence across social media and e-commerce platforms
- Create online offers, homepage features, and paid campaigns that convert browsers into buyers
- Plan and execute CRM and EDM initiatives, from mapping customer journeys and segmentation to crafting engaging email content and managing campaign blasts
- Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to boost reach and traffic
- Track performance and find new ways to grow visibility and sales
Create Moments In-Store
- Plan and roll out in-store activations, pop-ups, and events that get people talking
- Work with Sephora and retail teams to ensure the brand shines on-shelf and in experience
Build Buzz Through PR & KOLs
- Partner with media, influencers, and creators to tell authentic brand stories
- Manage seeding, media kits, and launch events that feel exciting and premium
Team Up Across Functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns roll out seamlessly across all touchpoints
- Share ideas, feedback, and celebrate wins together, because great results come from great teamwork
Requirements
- More than 3 years experience in marketing, ideally within the FMCG, beauty, or haircare industry
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
- Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI
- Knowledge of market research and consumer trends.
- Strong communicator, proactive, and adaptable to fast-moving projects
- Passionate about beauty, haircare, and creating meaningful consumer experiences
- Proficient with Digital Marketing Tools & Microsoft Office tools
