Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with the Company's objectives.
Coordinate and align marketing campaigns with sales activities to support sales performance.
Assist in the compilation and monitoring of budgetary costs for marketing and sales activities.
Execute marketing and sales activities as planned or instructed by management.
Plan, implement, and monitor marketing strategies for existing and new projects, including analysis of campaign effectiveness.
Manage social media platforms, public relations initiatives, and content marketing activities.
Strategies, plan, develop, and execute marketing programmes and initiatives such as direct mailers, social media campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, corporate events, and publicity events.
Formulate, implement, and regularly update corporate branding and brand guidelines.
Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure advertising licences and permits are valid, active, and properly monitored.
Coordinate with vendors and external parties on services, quotations, and timely delivery of assigned works.
Maintain and update company website information on a timely basis and monitor enquiry inboxes daily.
Liaise with relevant authorities and consultants for advertising licence permits, APDL submissions, renewals, and compliance matters, ensuring approvals are obtained and valid within the required timeline.
Record and update all walk-in, phone call, and email enquiries in the enquiries report and follow up within the stipulated timeline.
Ensure proper preparation and readiness of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kits, leaflets, banners, videos, and presentation materials prior to sales launches.
Assist in the preparation and compilation of marketing and sales documentation for internal use and external proposals.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through ongoing and after-sales communications.
Assist in preparing marketing reports and enquiries summaries for submission to the Head of Department.
Support all marketing and sales activities in compliance with ISO standards and internal procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Skills & Competencies
Proficient inCanvafor marketing visuals, social media content, and presentation materials.
Familiar withHIMS Systemand other internal sales/marketing reporting systems.
Knowledge ofAPDL processes, authority submissions, and advertising permit requirements for property developments.
Competent inMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, budgeting, and presentations.
