Job Description:
Plan and coordinate marketing events from concept to post-event reporting, including roadshows, investor sessions, product launches, and corporate functions.
Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, registration, and on-site execution.
Direct and optimize Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns to drive measurable results.
Utilize GA4 and CRM platforms to monitor campaign performance and manage customer data.
Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with overall marketing plans and branding efforts.
Support the development and execution of media plans, investor materials, speeches, and presentation content.
Assist with the preparation and design of product and sales decks for client presentations or internal use.
Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media and digital marketing platforms.
Edit and assemble video content for events, campaigns, and social media use.
Perform administrative and reporting duties to support the marketing department.
Take an additional ad-hoc responsibilities as required by Management or Head of Department.
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a strong focus on event planning and execution.
Proven ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Experience in social media strategy and content creation.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
Basic video editing skills for creating simple marketing videos.
Familiarity with CRM platforms is an added advantage.
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Candidate with a shorter notice period is preferred.
