Senior Marketing Executive (The Exchange TRX)
Role
We're looking for a
SeniorMarketing Executive with strong experience in independently planning and executing events, managing multi-channel campaigns, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders within a vibrant retail environment. Your role includes but not limited to:
Marketing & Campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive shopper engagement and increase footfall.
- Collaborate with tenants to create co-promotional strategies and mall-wide activations.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies for improved results.
- Ensure all marketing materials and messaging align with the mall's brand identity and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Utilise digital, social, and traditional marketing channels to deliver effective outreach.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and independently execute a variety of events such as seasonal promotions, festive activities, community programs, and tenant-focused initiatives.
- Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Promote events through multiple channels to maximise visibility and attendance.
- Evaluate event success through data, attendance, and feedback, providing insights for future improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Market Insights
- Build strong working relationships with tenants, vendors, agencies, and community partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within retail, shopping malls, or an agency environment.
- Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, platforms, and software
