As a Senior Marketing Executive at The Flow Studio, you will play a key role in shaping and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that blend creativity, strategy, and storytelling. You'll take ownership of campaigns end-to-end from ideation to execution across digital and offline channels, while working closely with operations, instructors, and external partners.
This is a hands-on, execution-led role with strategic exposure, ideal for a high-performing marketer ready to step up, take initiative, and drive measurable growth. You'll help scale one of Southeast Asia's most iconic boutique fitness brands not just selling classes, but building a lifestyle-driven community.
Content & Social Media Strategy
- Lead planning and execution of content across social media platforms
- Own content calendars for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
- Coordinate filming days and manage creators, instructors, and UGC contributors
- Write compelling, brand-aligned copy that balances authority, warmth, and wit
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling across all touchpoints
Brand Partnerships & Activations
- Strategize and execute strategic collaborations with brands, KOLs, and partners
- Co-own ideation and marketing strategy for studio launches, community events, and brand activations
- Plan and execute event days end-to-end, including pre-event hype and post-event amplification
Email & CRM Marketing
- Ideate and execute email campaigns (class launches, promotions, lifestyle and educational content)
- Build and optimise automated email flows (welcome, inactive, retention, upsell)
- Manage WhatsApp Business broadcast strategy to drive engagement and attendance
Campain Ideation and Performance Marketing
- Strategize and lead seasonal campaigns, studio launches, promotions, and partnerships
- Work closely with Operations to drive class attendance, upsells, and member retention
- Support full-funnel planning across paid and organic channels (Meta, Google, email, WhatsApp)
- Monitor performance, conversion metrics, and ROI; proactively optimise campaigns
Reporting
- Track and analyse KPIs: growth, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance
- Present post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats
- Contribute ideas and improvements to overall marketing strategy and systems
Must have
- 35 years of experience in marketing (wellness, fitness, lifestyle, retail or F&B preferred)
- Strong campaign execution and content management skills with a solid grasp of digital funnels
- Confident copywriter with a strong eye for branding, design, and storytelling
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
