About the Role

If you're the kind of person who scroll social media for inspo, knows exactly which influencer is blowing up this week, and can spot a viral trend before it hits the mainstream — we want you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end KOL/Influencer marketing initiatives across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers and KOLs. Bonus points if you already have solid connections in the derma skincare space!
• Create content by crafting clear creative briefs, providing guidance, and ensuring output aligns with brand tone and messaging.
• Monitor postings engagements and performance to improve strategies for maximum ROI.
• Spearhead KOL seeding efforts to increase organic buzz and brand visibility.
• Support KOL PR activities around product launches, brand events, and special campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the product development and business teams to plan campaign growth and track results.

What We're Looking For

• 2 years and above experience in influencer marketing, content marketing, or online brand marketing.
• Strong knowledge of skincare industry (derma brands = major bonus ).
• Social media savvy AF — you live and breathe TikTok, IG, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent communication skills — you can write a killer DM and a pro-level brief.
• Obsessed with detail, deadlines, and making magic with creators.
• A team player who brings good vibes and creative energy to the table.
