About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Manager, Loyalty & Own Brands (Marketing) to lead loyalty and own-brand marketing portfolios across APAC under a global Travel & Loyalty project.
This is a senior, marketing-led role focused on loyalty marketing strategy, CRM-driven campaigns, partner-facing execution, and performance optimisation. You will manage multiple airline, loyalty, and own-brand programs while working closely with internal marketing teams and external partners across the region.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-brand environments and is confident owning campaigns end-to-end while engaging senior stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesLoyalty & Portfolio Strategy
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for airline, loyalty, and own-brand portfolios across APAC
- Build quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with partner objectives and performance goals
- Identify new marketing opportunities beyond standard partner placements
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Oversee campaign execution across CRM/email, social, paid media, onsite placements, and partner channels
- Maximise partner-provided touchpoints through strong positioning and storytelling
- Work closely with CRM and digital teams on segmentation, targeting, optimisation, and pacing
Partner-Facing Marketing
- Act as the main marketing contact for airline, bank, and loyalty partners
- Manage joint campaign planning, approvals, calendars, and performance reviews
- Present insights, trends, and recommendations to partners clearly and confidently
Performance & Insights
- Track and analyse campaign performance (OR, CTR, CVR, engagement, leads, revenue contribution)
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion and campaign effectiveness
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance updates for leadership and partners
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a small marketing team
- Ensure high-quality, structured, and timely campaign delivery
- Foster a calm, accountable, and collaborative team culture
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Brand & Digital, CRM & Insights, and other internal business units
- Build understanding of multiple brand propositions to ensure aligned, cohesive marketing execution
What We're Looking ForMust-Have Experience
- 812+ years of experience in loyalty marketing, travel, airlines, hospitality, or consumer rewards
- Proven ownership of loyalty or CRM-driven marketing campaigns
- Strong experience managing multiple brands or regional portfolios
- Confident partner-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working in APAC or regional roles
- Exposure to rewards programs, subscription models, or travel platforms
- Background in fast-paced, agency, platform, or BPO-style environments
